Abstract

Honolulu architecture

A few more pictures from the trip to Oahu earlier this year; this time  some slightly abstract snaps of a few buildings in Honolulu.

Themes: Geometry

IMG_0403 (Large)

For a long time I have been shooting geometric patterns but it wasn’t really until the last few years that I identified it as a thing.  Up until then, when asked I would have described my photography as being mostly architecture and then added a caveat that I don’t really shoot buildings, its more the details I see; which didn’t really help.  Now I could describe this as abstract architectural photography but Continue reading “Themes: Geometry”

35mm Film Shootist

Hi I'm Martin Smith, a amateur photographer that likes to shoot solely film. I use black & white with the odd colour image thrown in and mainly use a Leica M4-2 with Summicron 35mm and 50mm lenses. I tend to shoot anything I like, objects, scenes, landscape or street life.
