Americans are so damn helpful

Americans and more specifically American shop workers are so freakin’ helpful.  As a reserved British person, sometimes I like to anonymously walk into a shop, browse a little and walk out without anyone noticing; you’re not allowed to do that here.  And I am not only talking about little clothes shops here, I’m talking any shop. PoF: Spring

A poor start to this series as it probably was  a little late for spring pictures, but I did manage to capture these anyway; Continue reading “PoF: Spring”

Daily Photo Challenge #8 – Natural World

The daylight saving time change is what has thrown me off on this.  Last week I got the assignment as i finished work giving me an opportunity to get some shots on my way home, now they are an hour later so light is fading fast and I am already into evening tasks.  Oh well i just have to shift my thinking slightly.

The challenge was Natural world, so I took a wander out at lunchtime yesterday and on my way home before today’s challenge was set.  I think these are more the ‘cultivated’ world rather than natural but hey you take what you can get.

35mm Film Shootist

Hi I'm Martin Smith, a amateur photographer that likes to shoot solely film. I use black & white with the odd colour image thrown in and mainly use a Leica M4-2 with Summicron 35mm and 50mm lenses. I tend to shoot anything I like, objects, scenes, landscape or street life.
